“I’ve been coming here regularly and usually have a good experience. Maya did an excellent job on my hand nails – she was thorough and I’m very happy with the finished result. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as happy with my toenails this time. I had to ask several times for my nails to be cut shorter, and I also requested that a larger file be used as my toenails are quite hard. Despite this, I wasn’t pleased with the final finish. Having my hands and toes done at the same time also meant I had to keep stretching my arm across while my feet were being worked on, which became quite uncomfortable. I found it difficult to relax or concentrate with two treatments happening simultaneously. In future, I’d prefer to have the treatments done one after the other, or in a more comfortable position. I’m sharing this as feedback because I usually enjoy coming here and hope it helps improve the experience.”
